Welcome to the Parisienne Cafe, a delightful gem nestled at 2339 Arthur Ave in the heart of the Bronx's Little Italy. This quaint cafe embodies a unique blend of European charm and local community vibes, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to escape the usual hustle and bustle of city life.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the inviting atmosphere. The decor is imbued with a warm and cozy ambiance, reminiscent of a charming European café, where lively conversations and laughter fill the air. Customers often gather outside, enjoying pleasant discussions and the local scene, adding to the cafe’s vibrant energy.

Parisienne Cafe is best known for its superb coffee offerings, with many patrons raving about the espresso and its rich, divine flavor that coffee lovers crave. In fact, several guests have claimed it to be the best espresso they've ever had in NYC, a true testament to the skill of the baristas behind the counter. The café also serves an array of delicious desserts, including the highly recommended chocolate-covered cannoli, freshly filled and bursting with flavor, and an almond dessert that guests must try.

One customer noted the cafe’s unique vibe, likening it to a scene from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, where lively debates flow just as freely as the coffee. It’s the perfect spot for those who appreciate a space where striking conversations mix seamlessly with delectable sips and bites. However, be advised that the space is infused with the scent of smoke from the nearby clientele relishing their cigars—an aspect that adds to its character, but may not suit everyone’s preference.

Customer experiences at Parisienne Cafe paint a picture of a community hub, with many returning not just for the coffee but for the friendly interactions with the staff and fellow patrons. The warm, welcoming service from the Eastern European couple who run the cafe contributes significantly to making every visit feel special. As one guest shared, "The energy inside is so good," emphasizing the lively yet intimate feel of the cafe.

Whether you're a local or a visitor, stop by Parisienne Cafe for a comforting cup of coffee, engage in captivating conversations, and indulge in their tempting desserts. It’s not just a culinary stop—it’s an experience that encapsulates the spirit of Bronx's Little Italy.

Perfect small venue, great proximity to every other restaurant and store in the Little Italy area. Delicious coffees and desserts, especially the tiramisu. Locals tend to chat outside and smoke cigars, my favorite activity there. Conveniently across from the La Casa Grande humidor. Indulge yourself when willing and able at this spot.

I came in on a quiet evening on Thursday. It was just me, the owner, and a table outside. We had a lovely conversation about both our travels. Espresso was divine. Highly recommend the chocolate covered cannoli. They are filled fresh! Will be bringing friends here when I’m back in the Bronx.

This place definitely has interesting vibes. The cafe/bar had a good cappuccino and a strong Irish coffee. The ambience was interesting—debate-filled conversations with coffee and liquor mixed in. It reminded me of the scene in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel when Abe was in France in coffee shop debating with the locals. My only negative was that the place smelled like smoke. I know the facility doesn’t allow people to smoke inside but customers would step right outside, smoke, and quickly come back in with heavy smoke scent.

I found this to be an unusual little place with a local vibe on Arthur Avenue that seems to be run by an Eastern European couple. They were very friendly, I didn’t think that our coffee drinks were very good but we stopped in for coffee and dessert after lunch at Enzos next-door. I’m not sure where the pastries are made, they did not seem to be housemade but they were OK.

Quaint little café in little Italy with great coffee, some variety of desserts such as cakes, ice cream and of course wine and liqueur. The place has a unique decor with great atmosphere as well as very friendly and patient staff. Outside seating is also available.

Great espresso, probably the best coffee I've had in NYC. I was confused at first when I walked in because it felt more like nightclub then a coffee shop, but as Danny said 'why not.' It's such good energy inside and with really friendly staff. I highly recommend, especially if you need a break from the chaos - Thanks

My macchiato was the best I’ve ever had but my companions said their mochas were like hot cocoa. I think most of the clientele here don’t order mochas. Cozy place.
